The second of several planned similar projects to be constructed adjacent to each other, and only 10 mins walk to the famous Waihi Beach. The design of this one however, increased the internal space usage, as well the external gardening and dining areas to great effect.
With a more subtle interior that bespeaks mature elegance, the property almost identical to its neighbour, hardly resembles it, and at first glance they appear totally different designs, though in reality the differences are few, and subtle.
