Ian Place 1, Waihi Beach

The first of several planned similar projects to be constructed adjacent to each other, and only 10 mins walk to the famous Waihi Beach. Designed for a boutique developing company, the project was conceived on the basis of personal ideas and desires of the project manager of the company.

With strict Planning restrictions, the modern design incorporated internal use that belies its size, achieving four bedrooms, an office, dynamic open living that extends to the first floor via the vaulted roof design, and fully equipped master bedroom that overlooks it all.

Designed to appeal to those wanting high-end living standards, but providing little in the way of maintenance requirements for those wanting an idyllic lifestyle.
